三 | “有了这份保险，我们上门服务心里踏实多了。”德加社区互助员裴浙江在签约现场感慨道，“以前总担心万一出了事扯不清责任，现在既有保险兜底，又有公约免责，我们敢放开手脚去帮老邻居了。”值得一提的是，此次签约不仅仅是购买一份保险产品，更是政企协同赋能基层治理的一次深度探索。根据共建计划，中国人保财险西湖支公司的专业力量将纳入社区助老服务梯队，配合街道完善重点老年人信息档案，同时，为文新社区开通绿色通道，提供上门协赔、快速理赔等一站式服务，打通助老服务的“最后一公里”。除了保险保障，双方还将推进服务阵地共建，依托社区居家养老服务中心，常态化开展反诈宣传、金融安全科普、长护险及“西湖益联保”等普惠保险的咨询办理。“低偿互助不是政府大包大揽，而是搭建一个让邻里善意可持续运转的平台。”文新街道相关负责人表示，街道将继续扮演好“统筹者、孵化者、赋能者”的角色，织密邻里互助网络，让熟人社会的温情在现代社区持续生长。
